2. Digital Nature of the Products

The products sold through this store are digital content supplied electronically and are not delivered on a tangible medium.

Depending on the product purchased, delivery may take place through:

• an access link to an external platform;
• access to an account or private area;
• delivery of the content to the email address provided during the purchase.

No physical shipping is required, and no courier or transportation companies are involved.

3. Shipping Costs

Digital products do not incur physical shipping costs.

The price displayed during the checkout process will include applicable taxes where required. The customer will be able to review the total amount before making payment.

4. Delivery Time

Unless a different delivery period is expressly stated in the product description, the digital content will be made available to the customer without undue delay after payment has been confirmed.

The fact that the customer chooses not to download, open, or use the product after access has been correctly provided does not mean that the product has not been delivered.

This provision does not limit the consumer's rights where the link does not work, the file is damaged, the content is inaccessible, or there is a lack of conformity attributable to the seller.

6. Customer Email Address

The customer is responsible for ensuring that the email address provided during the purchase is correct and operational.

If the customer cannot find the delivery email, they should check:

• their spam or junk mail folder;
• their promotions folder;
• that the email address used for the order is correct;
• any filters or blocks established by their email provider.

An incorrect email address will not automatically result in cancellation of the order. The customer may contact paur578@gmail.com to request correction of the email address or resending of access, subject to verification of their identity and order details.

9. Download Limits and Access Duration

Where no specific limit is expressly stated, access will be subject to the technical configuration used to supply the product.

The customer should download and save a copy of the file in a secure location when the product is supplied by download.

Access links and credentials are personal and may not be shared, resold, published, or made available to third parties unless expressly permitted by the product license.

We may block an access link where there are reasonable indications of fraud, unauthorized distribution, abusive use, or infringement of intellectual property rights. This measure will not affect the statutory rights of a legitimate purchaser.

10. Pending, Declined or Fraudulent Payments
